Sometimes we're on the builder's side of the table. We work directly with home builders across Eastern North Carolina to market and sell their new construction communities, giving them a dedicated local resource who understands both the building process and the buyer's side of the sale.
And sometimes it's a few years later. A lot of our clients built new, loved every bit of it, and now life has them ready for the next move.
