Jay Worley earned his degree in Business Management from Mount Olive College while playing baseball for the Trojans, then returned to complete his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Mount Olive.

Jay has been investing in Eastern North Carolina real estate for over 25 years, with hands-on experience in buying, selling, building, lot development, and property management giving him a rare, well-rounded perspective most agents don't bring to the table. Early in his career, he worked in sales and customer service for national furniture and mattress brands, including Berkline, Kathy Ireland Home, and American Bedding Company, before returning home to Princeton, NC to help run the family business.

As Vice President of Ormond Energy, Jay implemented key strategies that tripled sales and doubled the company's account base over 15 years a track record of results he now brings directly to his real estate clients. A natural people person, Jay genuinely enjoys working with buyers and sellers to meet their goals, no matter the size of the transaction.

In 2023, Jay earned his North Carolina real estate license and was honored with the RE/MAX Rookie of the Year award for the state of North Carolina a testament to the trust he's already built in the Johnston County real estate market.

Jay lives in Princeton with his wife, Ashley, a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric and hospice care, and their two children, Wake and Lena Jae. When he's not helping clients buy, sell, or build homes in Princeton and the surrounding Johnston County area, you'll find him coaching youth baseball, softball, or basketball, or staying active through workouts, running, and cycling.

Jay is deeply rooted in the community he serves a past HOA President of Lakeview Estates, former board member of Princeton Little League, and former member of the Princeton Planning and Zoning Board. He's also an active member of Princeton Church. For Jay, giving back to the community that's given so much to his family isn't just a value it's a way of life.
