She is married and blessed with two children, three step-children, and two grandchildren — family is the center of her life and the lens through which she approaches her work.

Strong values, work ethic, and excellence were instilled in Deva from an early age. Her father, a career member of the U.S. Army, brought high standards, discipline, and attention to detail that continue to shape who she is today.
