Bailey Perdue is proud to call Clayton, North Carolina home, where she grew up and graduated from Clayton High School—Go Comets! Her passion and drive led her to earn a softball scholarship, taking her from Louisburg College to Francis Marion University, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Through her education, Bailey developed a strong understanding of how to effectively promote, connect, and engage through social media and modern marketing strategies.

Now back in Johnston County, Bailey is pursuing her dream career in real estate, combining her local knowledge with her marketing expertise to help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. As a former collegiate athlete, she brings a strong work ethic, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure—qualities that ensure her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Bailey enjoys spending time with friends and family, browsing her favorite spots like TJ Maxx, and being a proud dog mom to her sweet Golden Retriever, Sammie.
